Shipping policy

Processing time
In-stock orders are processed as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.

Pre-orders
Production of our pre-order items is expected to be completed in October 2026. Pre-orders ship once stock has arrived and is ready for dispatch, provided there are no delays in production or delivery from our manufacturer. If the schedule changes, we will let you know by email. Pre-orders can be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before dispatch, as described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping within Indonesia
We ship across Indonesia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the number of records in your order.

International shipping
We ship to selected countries in Asia and to other international destinations. Rates are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and any other fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping fee.

Local pickup
Orders can be picked up at SUBO Listening Bar, Jl. Saraswati No. 23ABC, RT 07/RW 07, Cipete Utara, Jakarta Selatan 12150. Pickup orders are usually ready in 1–2 days. Please wait for our notification before you come.

Damaged packages
